What is the date and times for AYSO's Sumer Camp?
Due to popularity, we are hosting TWO camps this year:
AYSO Camp with Clubé Micalense Coaches - July 13-17
AYSO Camp with Tri-Town Coaches - August 10-14
Times: 9am - 12pm
Location: Kaechele Farm Field (AYSO Fields) at 4654 Madison Ave in Trumbull
Who can join the camp?
This camp is for kids U born in 2011 through 2019.
Must be Trumbull residents! This is a Town of Trumbull rule.
What will the kids be doing at the camp?
On a daily basis, kids will be focusing on technical and tactical skills with the professional coaches via individual foot skills and passing drills, followed by small-sided games/jamborees.
What is Clube União Micaelense?
Clube União Micaelense is a Portuguese football club based in Ponta Delgada on the island of São Miguel in the Azores. CU Micaelense was founded in 1911 and currently plays in the AF Ponta Delgada 1ª Divisão (known as the Campeonato de S. Miguel).
Coaches Tony, Rodrigo, and Henrique will bring CU Micaelense's game style and strategies to help kids with personal development.
Pick up:
Please arrive no later than 11:55am to pick up your player.
If parents do not arrive within 30 minutes after closing, we are required to contact the Trumbull Police Department and/or DCF.
What is the cost for the camp?
Camp with Clubé Micalense Coaches: $325
Camp with Tri-Town Coaches: $295
$50 coupon code discount per player that is signed up for both camps this summer.
Please note: AYSO’s $25 National membership and insurance fee is not included in the above prices and will be added if you have not already done so for the 2025/2026 soccer year.
Sports Connect $3.50 processing fee also not included in the above prices.
What gear should my player bring?
1) All players must bring plenty of water to every day.
2) All players should bring snacks to eat during breaks.
3) Shin guards must be worn at every session.
4) Cleats are recommended.
5) Players should bring a soccer ball to everyday.
6) Players should come with lots of energy and smiles!!!
What happens if it rains?
We will email parents as soon as possible if the town of Trumbull closes the fields. If fields are shut down due to rain, we will have either a make up day or move the session to InSports Centers.
If rain occurs during the middle of the session, the AYSO Field house has plenty of shelter, including an upstairs conference room with air conditioning.
My family has vacation plans and will be away for a few days during this week. Can you prorate me or give me a rebate for the week that we are away?
There are many fixed costs involved so it is difficult to give families individual/custom prorated discounts. However, we make exception for our Summer camps. so please email us with details in regards to your pro-rated request and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer discounts to families with multiple siblings?
No.
My players are not Trumbull residents, are they allowed to participate?
No. The Trumbull AYSO Summer Camps requiresthat 100% of participants are Trumbull residents. Proof of residency must be presented if requested. Anyone not providing proof of residency when requested or falsifying their residency status will not be allowed to participate and will not be entitled to any type of refund.
What if I register and then my summer plans change and I need a refund?
Due to upfront costs and fixed costs to run the AYSO Summer Camp programs, the refund policy is:
The $25 AYSO National Membership and Insurance fee is non-refundable, under any circumstance.
The $3.50 SportsConnect Processing fees are non-refundable, under any circumstance.
Additionally, there will be a $35 refund processing fee per player.
All other funds will be returned if requested prior to July 10th.
If requested after July 10th, there is an additional $20 fee (cost of camp tee shirt).
If the refund request is due to a medical issue:
A note from a doctor is required, the $25 AYSO National Membership and Insurance fee and $3.50 SportsConnect Processing fees are non-refundable, but all other fees are refundable.
